1, First, galvanized steel baseplate and aluminized zinc silicon baseplate will go through surface pretreatment (degreasing)

3, In the end, the plate will go through roasting and cooling processes.

Usually coated plate is called color-coated steel plate, because its surface can be coated in different colors. When organic coating is coated on surface of hot-galvanized steel plate and hot aluminized zinc silicon plate, we will get color hot-galvanized steel plate and color hot-aluminized zinc silicon plate. Coated plate has the property of zinc-protecting, isolating and anti-rusting, which makes its service life longer than hot-galvanized plate.
