Corrugated galvanized sheet is innovative, easy to install and environmentally friendly. 

The durability of this roof cladding material depends on galvanized and protective coatings applied directly to the steel cladding and roof substrate. As a roofing sheet material, steel has long been used in construction and has the added benefit of being recyclable. To produce our high-quality pre-coated roof cladding panels, a multi-layer coating system is applied to galvanized high-strength steel strip, followed by oven curing to ensure optimal adhesion. This gives roof panels excellent corrosion and weather protection as well as abrasion resistance and a strong structure.

Processing

Today, the corrugation process is carried out using a roll forming process. This modern process is highly automated, enabling high productivity and low-cost labor. During corrugation, sheet metal is pulled from giant rolls and passed through rolling dies that form the corrugations. After the metal sheet has passed through the rollers, it is automatically cut to the required length. The traditional shape of corrugated material is round waves,but different dies form various shapes and sizes. Industrial buildings are often constructed and clad from trapezoidal sheet metal.
