Hydraulic steel pipes are basically divided into hydraulic systems with fluid pipes and cylinders, also known as honing pipes, and cold drawn or cold rolled precision seamless steel pipes also contain hydraulic pipes.

After finishing the hydraulic pipe, the raw material is non-oxidative bright heat treatment (NBK), non-destructive testing, the inner hole of the steel pipe is cleaned by high pressure, pickled, sealed, and the inner and outer walls of the steel pipe at both ends are coated with anti-rust oil and anti-rust treatment for dust prevention. The steel pipe produced has high precision, good finish, no oxide layer on the inner and outer walls of the pipe, the steel pipe can withstand the high pressure of fluid flow, and the steel pipe is cold-bent, deformed, flared, and flattened without cracks. Mechanical properties can be bent and deformed at any angle.

The tubing can be used in hydraulic cylinder applications without further ID treatment.

Hydraulic tube is made according to DIN 2391/C (DIN EN 10305-1) or DIN 2445/2 (DIN EN 10305-4) standards and it is available in millimeters, inches outer diameter, and inches nominal bore size.
