We use semi-finished titanium bar to manufacture titanium wires. Put the titanium bar into the mold to process, due to the pulling effect, the titanium bar deforms under high temperature when through the hole of the mould. The cross section is reduced, and the length increased. Stretching in a heated state helps to eliminate the internal stress and improve the plasticity of titanium wires. It effectively improves the precision of the titanium wire, and the surface finish, which can achieve a better comprehensive performance.
Application
The titanium wire is usually used for welding, frames, surgical implants, decoration, electroplating hanging fixture.
